The Qualities of Repton™
manufacturing
We have used our unique near-net molding to our advantage to earn a high reputation in across diverse fields, including semiconductor and LCD manufacturing equipment, as well as powder processing equipment.
In addition, we can accommodate near-net shapes, including that needed for the world's largest high-purity alumina, large rib-structured products and long guides, and more, covering shapes that are considered impossible by other companies.
Many shapes can only be manufactured using our methods, including core structures and hollow structures, because it is able to handle small products (several millimeters to large products (three-meters)).

Precision manufacturing
We respond to diversifying needs, from grinding and polishing using our own company's equipment to ultra-precision finishing using our network.
Rib 3D structure
Using a rib structure that takes advantage of high-purity alumina's high Young's modulus, we achieve a balance between light weight and rigidity.
Long guides
These guides use high-purity alumina and are mainly used in semiconductor and liquid crystal manufacturing equipment. They can accomodate total lengths of up to 3,100mm. Please contact us for cross-sectional shapes.
Various small products
We can accomodate near-net shapes starting from just a few millimeters in size. Taking advantage of the characteristics of ceramics, we have been positively evaluated in various fields dealing with industrial equipment.
Low-reflection black alumina
This is a ceramic that suppresses reflectiveness all while maintaining its rigidity and strength, such as is necessary for optical processing equipment. It also supports near-net shapes.

This is a ceramic that suppresses reflectiveness all while maintaining its rigidity and strength, such as is necessary for optical processing equipment. It also supports near-net shapes.
Micro holes
The MH series allows for countless fine through holes by unique molding method. Please consult us for details on the holes' sizes and shapes, including Φ././ and long holes, all of which do not require processing.
Porous ceramics
The Repton air permeable series supports various applications, including filters and adsorbtive plates. Black porous products are also available and have been highly evaluated in various fields.
